1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may vary slightly due to increased order volume. We will notify you of any delays in processing times.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for local deliveries and 10-20 business days for international orders.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and total weight of your order.
  • For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon arrival in the destination country.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress through our shipping provider’s website.
  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays can occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us at fashiano.store@gmail.com, and we will assist in tracking your package.
  • If an order is deemed lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, replace the lost items or provide a refund.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain countries may have restrictions on specific products due to customs regulations. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. International Shipping

  • International shipping times vary based on the destination and can take 10-20 business days or longer due to customs clearance procedures.
  • Fashiano is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing an order.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at fashiano.store@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement. We will do our best to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel it.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund based on the situation.
