Returns are accepted only if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Items: Gather the items you wish to return and take clear photos as proof.

Locate Your Receipt: Locate the email receipt with the original order number sent to you at the time of purchase.

Initiate Return Request: Email fashiano.store@gmail.com with your order details, matching your name, email address, and phone number, along with the reason for return and supporting proof (photos, videos, etc.).

Wait for Confirmation: Our customer care team will review your request. If eligible, you will be asked to ship the items back to us via a courier service.

Ship Your Return: If approved, ship the items back to us using any reliable courier service.

Receive Resolution: Based on the nature of the complaint, we may offer an exchange or store credit of equal value with a validity period. Note that return approvals cover only the product price and exclude shipping or stitching costs.
If your return is not approved, you will be notified within 5 business days.
Important Notes:
- Fashiano is responsible for returns only once they reach our warehouse.
- Returns must be sent via courier services to be eligible.
- Successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit. For faulty or incorrect deliveries, Fashiano may offer repair, replacement, or store credit if a replacement cannot be arranged.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
